Terminalen
Terminalen at Flotmyr in Haugesund is a former goods terminal that today serves as an informal space for art and creative activity. The building itself is simple and industrial, but that is part of its character.
Inside, it is used for exhibitions and workshops. Outside, however, is what makes it visually interesting: one of the few legal graffiti walls in the city. The artwork changes constantly — layers of color, tags and murals replacing each other over time — making the façade a living surface rather than a fixed expression.
Terminalen is not polished or monumental. It feels temporary, experimental and a bit rough around the edges. And perhaps that is exactly its strength — a place where creativity is allowed to shift, repaint and start over.
